In this video, we look at some of the major new highways and expressway projects coming to Andhra Pradesh, including: 🚧 Amaravati Outer Ring Road (ORR) 🚧 Bengaluru–Kadapa–Vijayawada Economic Corridor – NH-544G 🚧 Raipur–Visakhapatnam Economic Corridor 🚧 Kantakapalle–Sabbavaram Highway 🚧 Chittoor–Thatchur Expressway 🚧 Bengaluru–Chennai Expressway connectivity 🚧 Hyderabad–Visakhapatnam High-Speed Corridor 🚧 New greenfield highway corridors connecting AP's interior and tribal regions 🚧 Major port, airport and industrial connectivity roads The Amaravati ORR is particularly significant: NHAI has moved into the tender/procurement stage for its six-lane access-controlled sections, with the overall construction length including the Guntur spur around 195.13 km. The Economic Times The NH-544G Bengaluru–Kadapa–Vijayawada Economic Corridor is already under implementation, with multiple six-lane access-controlled packages progressing across Andhra Pradesh. NHAI also recorded major construction milestones on the corridor in 2026.
