ഇറാനെതിരെ ഏതെങ്കിലും തരത്തിലുള്ള സൈനിക നീക്കമോ ആക്രമണമോ ഉണ്ടായാല്‍ ഇസ്രഈലിനെ ആക്രമിക്കും എന്ന് ഇറാന്‍. ഇസ്രഈലിലെ അടിസ്ഥാന സൗകര്യങ്ങളെയും തന്ത്രപ്രധാന കേന്ദ്രങ്ങളെയും പൂര്‍ണമായി തകര്‍ത്തുകൊണ്ട് കടുത്ത തിരിച്ചടി നല്‍കുമെന്നാണ് ഇറാനിയന്‍ പാര്‍ലമെന്റിന്റെ നാഷണല്‍ സെക്യൂരിറ്റി ആന്‍ഡ് ഫോറിന്‍ പോളിസി കമ്മിറ്റി മുന്നറിയിപ്പ് നല്‍കിയത്. ഇറാനെതിരെ വീണ്ടും ആക്രമണം നടത്തുമെന്ന ഭീഷണി ആവര്‍ത്തിച്ച് യു.എസ് പ്രസിഡന്റ് ഡൊണാള്‍ഡ് ട്രംപ് രംഗത്തു വന്നു. യു.എസ് ഇറാന് നേരെ വീണ്ടും ആക്രമണം നടത്തുമെന്നും അല്ലെങ്കില്‍ ഒരു മനോഹരമായ വലിയ കരാറിലെത്തുമെന്നും ട്രംപ് പറഞ്ഞു. യു.എസുമായി ഒരു കരാറിലെത്തുന്നതോടെ ഇറാന് തുടര്‍ സൈനിക നടപടികള്‍ ഒഴിവാക്കാന്‍ കഴിയുമെന്നും ട്രംപ് പറഞ്ഞു. എന്നാല്‍ കരാറുണ്ടാക്കാന്‍ ഇറാന്‍ ആഹ്രിക്കുന്നുണ്ടെന്നും പക്ഷേ ആ കരാര്‍ അവര്‍ പാലിക്കുമോ എന്നതാണ് പ്രശ്നമെന്നും ട്രംപ് പറഞ്ഞു. പശ്ചിമേഷ്യയില്‍ താന്‍ ചെയ്തത് അത്ഭുതകരാമായ കാര്യമാണെന്നും സൈന്യവും നാവിക സേനയും അത്ഭുതകരമായ ജോലി ചെയ്തുവെന്നും യു.എസ് പ്രസിഡന്റ് പറഞ്ഞു. അതേസമയം കരാറുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട ചര്‍ച്ചകള്‍ തകര്‍ത്തത് അമേരിക്കയാണെന്നും. അമേരിക്കക്കാര്‍ നശിച്ച ഭീരുക്കളാണെന്നും മസൂദ് പെസസ്‌ക്കിയാന്‍ പറഞ്ഞു. ഇറാനുനേരെ ആക്രമണമുണ്ടായാല്‍ കനത്ത തിരിച്ചടി നല്‍കുമെന്നും ഇറാന്‍ വ്യക്തമാക്കിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. The Iranian parliament’s National Security and Foreign Policy Committee has warned of a severe retaliation, threatening to completely destroy Israel’s infrastructure and strategic facilities. US President Donald Trump has reiterated his threat to launch fresh attacks on Iran, saying Washington could either strike the country again or reach a “beautiful, big deal” with Tehran. Trump said an agreement with the US could help Iran avoid further military action. However, he questioned whether Iran would honour any deal, despite claiming that Tehran was eager to reach an agreement. Trump also described his actions in the Middle East as remarkable, praising the US military and Navy for their performance. Meanwhile, Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian accused the United States of derailing negotiations related to a potential agreement, describing Americans as “damned cowards.” Iran has reiterated that it would deliver a strong response if it comes under attack.
