Raging Bull - OpenRCT2

Raging Bull is a B&M Hyper Coaster located at Six Flags Great America in Gurnee, Illinois. Announced on October 21, 1998 as part of a $25 million park investment, Raging Bull replaced the former Rolling Thunder bobsled coaster in the Southwest Territory section of the park. Known as the world's first hyper-twister roller coaster, the ride features a unique twisted layout instead of a traditional out-and-back design. It starts with a signature "false drop" near the top of the lift hill, before a massive 208-foot plunge. Riders experience intense airtime, high-speed banking, and powerful helical turns themed around subduing a wild bull. In late 2025, the ride was given a fresh coat of paint by Million Painting, restoring the legendary coaster to its original glory. Raging Bull is not only my favorite roller coaster at Six Flags Great America, but also my favorite Hyper Coaster out of nearly 200 credits. Enjoy!
