Our Filipina Chef GRILLING FISH for Our Family! + Her Incredible PANCIT CANTON!

Today we’re enjoying one of our absolute favorite local fish in the Philippines - MOL-MOL (Parrotfish)! 🐟🔥 We asked our dear househelper Irish to cook fresh mol-mol on an electric grill for the very first time. She was a little nervous about how it would turn out, but the result was AMAZING! The fish came out incredibly soft, juicy and flavorful. We made a simple soy sauce + calamansi dipping sauce, and with hot Filipino rice… it was absolutely delicious! 🤤 Mol-mol is definitely on our list of favorite Filipino fish, together with Bangus and Pompano. It’s not only beautiful and colorful - it’s also seriously tasty! And of course, there was more Filipino food today! 🇵🇭 Our helper also cooked Pancit Canton with local Filipino sausages, which became a huge hit with the boys. They are both big sausage fans, especially Kostya, who was absolutely thrilled with this meal! 😂🌭🍜 Meanwhile, the kids were busy with another important job - fixing leaking outdoor faucets connected to our water tank. 🔧💦 Maybe one day they’ll know how to fix everything around the house and we won’t need to call anyone for every little water problem! 😄 🔔 Turn on the notification bell so you never miss a new video!
