Every Time God Said “Fear Not” — and Why They Were Right to Be Afraid

Every time God said "Fear not," the danger was real. Here is every "fear not" moment in the Bible, and the reason God gave each time. From Mary in Nazareth to Abram under the stars, Hagar in the wilderness, Zechariah at the altar, Joseph, the shepherds, Peter on the lake, Moses at the sea, Paul in the storm, and John on Patmos: each person had every right to be afraid. And each time, God answered with something specific. A shield. An ear that hears. A memory that does not fail. God with us.
