🙏❤️ #වාරණාසිය #ගංගානදිය #කාශි #කාශිවිශ්වනාථ #කාල්භෛරව #ගංගාආරතිය #අයෝධ්‍යාව #සරයූනදිය #Varanasi #Kashi #Ganga #GangaAarti #Ayodhya #SarayuRiver #indiatravel In this episode, our journey continues from Ayodhya to Varanasi (Kashi) — one of the oldest and most spiritually significant cities in India. 🇮🇳❤️ After reaching Varanasi, our first visit is to the Kaal Bhairav Temple, where we learn why Kaal Bhairav is traditionally regarded as the guardian or “Kotwal” of Kashi, and why this temple is so important to Hindu devotees. From there, we visit the famous Kashi Vishwanath Temple, one of the most sacred temples dedicated to Lord Shiva. I also explain why Kashi Vishwanath is so important to Hindu devotees and why Varanasi holds such a special place in Hindu spiritual traditions. Then we head to the world-famous Ganga River. 🌊 Here, we explore the story and spiritual significance of the Ganga, why the river is considered sacred by Hindu devotees, and why people come here for rituals, prayers and holy bathing. We also witness the powerful and emotional side of Varanasi — the cremation ghats, where Hindu funeral rites are performed along the banks of the Ganga. I try to explain the religious beliefs behind these traditions with respect and sensitivity. And then comes one of the most beautiful experiences of our journey — the famous Ganga Aarti. 🪔🌊 The lights, prayers, bells, chanting and the flowing Ganga create an unforgettable atmosphere that is truly unique to Varanasi. After exploring Varanasi, we travel back to Ayodhya, where we visit the sacred Sarayu River and experience another beautiful side of this ancient city. Finally, our journey takes us from Ayodhya → Varanasi → Ayodhya → Vizag, bringing this incredible journey to an end. For us, this was much more than just a travel journey. It was a journey through faith, life, death, spirituality, culture, history and the incredible traditions of India.
