Retro Rewind #36 A Day Railfanning At Bayview Jct Burlington Ontario October 1995 CN CP Rail Amtrak

This is a video filmed entirely on October 13, 1995 from Southern Ontario at famed Bayview Junction in Burlington, Ontario on CN’s Oakville Subdivision. Several CN Rail and CP Rail trains are captured passing through the junction that day with now vintage GMD and MLW power, including operating on locals and work trains complete with still active cabooses. Also Amtrak’s Maple Leaf is filmed heading to Niagara Falls and onto New York as well as VIA Rail passenger trains. This footage was captured by former CN employee, railfan, videographer, photographer and model railroader Al Wendt and is copyrighted and used with permission.
