Very Blustery Morning! Ten Miles Around Cramlington, Verdict on the Ride - Better Than Nothing!

If possible, I like to ride out on Sunday mornings, to avoid commuter and shopping traffic but the forecast for this Sunday morning is not great. So, I decided to go out on Saturday morning, even though it's blowing a gale. The resulting ten mile local ride around the Cramlington area was not much fun but better than not getting out at all. It wasn't cold (about 17C) but was very blustery! I doubt the video will show how rough the conditions were, I was getting sandblasted riding through East Cramlington towards Klondyke. Gusts really caught me a few times. Shortly after the ride, we are under a heavy overcast sky but no rain so far. No cuts to the video apart from my faffing about before starting the bike and and after getting home. The AJS started from cold on the first kick, went pretty well in the conditions and handled the wind much better than my old Triumph 3TA used to do, even though I was much lighter then.
