Final Video — The Foundation Is Finally Done!

Well folks, we’ve finally made it to Video #15 — the final video on the house foundation build. In this one, I finish insulating the footers around the garage and the craft room. Then I get busy backfilling the garage and putting some soil over the 2-inch foam around the craft room footers. Hopefully, that little bit of dirt will do the trick and keep that foam where it belongs when those good ol’ Wyoming winds start howling this winter. I’d hate to have to chase pieces of foam halfway across the county! 😂 I didn’t film the sunroom foundation in the back. Why? Well, it’s pretty much the exact same thing you’ll see in this video, and I figured there was no need to bore everybody with another round of the same old geezer digging and moving dirt. And with that, the foundation work is finally wrapped up! Thanks for following along with me on this part of the build. Now, on to the next job… because apparently I’m not smart enough to sit down and relax. 😄
