A walkthrough of RED Mighty Mouse, a pie menu editor and workflow toolkit for Blender, covering the features I reach for most.
I've been a 3D artist for twelve years, and I got tired of losing minutes every day hunting through menus and hotkeys for tools I already knew I needed. So I built Mighty Mouse to put everything I do a flick of the wrist away. In this video I walk through the essentials: how the editor works, a tour of the pies and smart tools I use most, and how to reshape it all to fit the way you work. It's not every single pie, just the ones that show what the kit can do.
What I cover:
• The pie menu editor: build, rename, and rearrange your own pies right in Preferences, no Python required. Eight radial slots plus eight more below every pie. • Ready-made menus for almost everything: add mesh, modifiers, render presets, origins and pivots, selection, viewport display, UVs, materials, and more. • Smart tools that vanilla Blender is missing: Duplicate + Apply, Copy/Cut to New Mesh, Smart Delete, Smart Lattice, Radial Array, and a live dimensions readout. • Render presets I use constantly: aspect ratios, quick-test resolutions, and social sizes for Instagram and TikTok in one click. • Making it yours: swap tools, add from the toolbar with gizmos intact, and export the whole kit to share with your team or move between machines.
Built for Blender 4.2 LTS through 5.x. Ships as a native extension.
