I would plan our meals, make the big Costco run, and fill the fridge. Then the busy week would hit, and a large amount of that fresh produce would go to waste. As a full-time nurse practitioner and a full-time solo parent, I was throwing away food and money and not consistently eating the way I wanted to. Batch cooking is what finally stuck, and in this video, I am walking you through my process. In a couple of hours, I turn several simple ingredients into a work week of high-protein and nutritious food items. Then I basically do not cook all week if I don't want to.
