Santa Fe 3415: The Last Runs

In September of 2023, we made our way to Abilene, Kansas to see Santa Fe 3415 one last time before its federally mandated rebuild. 3415 was originally supposed to be taken out of service last year, however, the Abilene and Smokey Valley Railroad was informed that they had one more year on the boiler ticket. During our trip, we participated in a Photo Charter hosted by Dak Dillon on Friday and chased two excursion trips on Saturday. Enjoy the footage we caught during the trip.
