Real Estate Would Be Easy If It Weren't for People

Real estate investing would be pretty easy if we didn't have to deal with people. Unfortunately, between buyers who want everything, sellers who won't budge, lenders who change the rules, contractors who disappear, and investors who want their money yesterday, there's never a dull moment. This week on Tim & Tim at 10, we're talking about the people who make real estate interesting, frustrating, occasionally ridiculous, and sometimes downright entertaining. We'll share a few stories from the trenches, discuss what we've learned about dealing with different personalities, and maybe even admit that occasionally...we're the difficult ones. Because at the end of the day, buildings are predictable. People? Not so much.
