Today I made delicious Homemade Chicken Biryani for Sunday! 🍗🍚 In this video, I show you the complete process step by step — from washing and marinating the chicken with curd, biryani masala, ginger-garlic paste and kewra water, to preparing the basmati rice, cooking the chicken, layering everything and giving the biryani a final dum. I used 300g chicken and 500g basmati rice to make this delicious biryani at home.
