I Could Not Find the Three Kings Parade in Barcelona

"I cannot follow the crowds, because the crowds are going every single direction." Three Kings night in Barcelona. I finished the 44 minute walk and got to the city center right at 6 PM, which is when the parade was supposed to start, and found absolutely nothing. No blocked streets, no stands, no stage. Just a normal Tuesday with two million people on it. The official website said "The King Parade has started" and then refused to update. Google Maps tried to send me to Portugal. Twice. So I walked the entire length of La Rambla to the far end near the water, and found the whole city waiting there, with people climbing the monument and a Ferris wheel going. Barcelona, Spain. Day 27 of the Europe trip.
