"Lesson learned. Look at the license plates of the rideshares that say they're going to come pick you up." I got into the wrong cab. Same colour car, pulled up at the right moment, driver opened the door, said "Tomas," which is the name on my account. So I got in. We drove off in completely the wrong direction before my actual driver messaged asking where I was. Cost me seven euros and a lot of dignity. Then the metro ticket machine defeated me entirely, because I don't know the zones and it would not stop asking. So I gave up on the plan, gave up on the neighbourhood I meant to visit, and just walked around Gracia looking for something I hadn't eaten yet.
