West Somerset Railway Autumn Steam Gala & 34028's final Royal Duchy of the year! September 2026

Highlights from Sunday at the West Somerset Railway Autumn Steam Gala. We begin at Fairwater Yard, for 34028 Eddystone hauling the final Royal Duchy of 2026 as it leaves Taunton for Par. Then a short journey to the WSR where we see 9351 working the goods kicking off the final day of the autumn steam gala. The gala featured many unusual combinations including the 1054 7802 double header. Local trains, with 41313 on load 3 to Williton creating a typical branch line scene as it arrived into Crowcombe as seen in this video. 4110 returning to its old stomping ground, and the 3 manors in traffic providing a great sight as usual.
