The homeless person pulled their shoulders back the moment their identity changed. So will you.

Not habits. Not strategies. Identity. If you give someone principles and tactics on top of a rotten identity none of it is going to stick. None of your seeds will hit good soil. In this God's Math teaching I was speaking to a group of young adults who wanted to talk about money, relationships, and purpose. And before I could get to any of that I had to take them here first. Because if you do not master your identity in Christ everything else you build will be on a foundation that cannot hold it. I share one of the most powerful illustrations I have ever used to explain what identity does to a person. Imagine a homeless person on the street who someone walks by and tells them that the president of the United States is their father. Before they even know if it is true their shoulders pull back slightly. They begin to investigate. And the moment it is confirmed everything about them changes. Not their DNA. Not their circumstances. Just who they identify as. And that one shift changes how they carry themselves, what standards they hold, and what they are no longer willing to tolerate. That is what happens when you truly identify as a child of God. You cannot guilt trip your way into holiness. Behavior modification does not work. But when you have a genuine revelation of who your Father is and what that means about who you are it becomes almost impossible to keep living beneath that identity. This is the foundation of every transformation you have been believing God for. 🕒 CHAPTERS 00:00 – You have to attack identity before anything else 00:56 – Identity is the foundation of all transformation 02:00 – The homeless person and the president's child illustration 04:00 – What changes when your identity changes 05:00 – You cannot guilt trip your way into holiness 05:20 – Identifying as a child of God changes everything about you 📖 LINKS YOU ARE INTERESTED IN: 📗 God's Math Book → https://linktw.in/IZzQvY 📗 God's Math: Healing Edition Book → https://linktw.in/nYGSYl 🔗 Thrive and Prosper Community → https://linktw.in/HIIovY 📱 Instagram → https://linktw.in/scNyBd 🛍️ God's Math Merch → https://linktw.in/VUjDxx If you missed God's Math Season 1 catch up here → https://linktwin.to/thxIWi God's Math Season 2 → https://linktwin.to/umeNtz 🤍 TO GIVE TO THE GOD'S MATH MOVEMENT Paypal: @thaynesco Zelle: tiffany@tiffanyhaynesco.com ✨ NEW HERE?
