The sauce: 🧄 2 garlic cloves 🌿 A bunch of fresh parsley 🌶️ 1 rehydrated guajillo chilli, chopped 🔥 1 tbsp CRUX Rooibos Pork Rub 🍋 Juice of ½ lemon 🫒 Extra virgin olive oil Mix it all together and season to taste.
