Police said she has 12 previous criminal involvements under the NDPS Act and Excise Act. Her alleged associate and bodyguard, 30-year-old Vikas Kumar alias Shanu, has also been arrested. The arrests followed a raid on September 23, 2026, at a property in New Sanoth Colony, Bawana, after the Anti-Narcotics Squad received specific information about narcotics possession and supply. Police said they recovered 1.554 kg of suspected narcotic substance, including 939 grams of fine-quality heroin, described as commercial quantity, and 615 grams of adulterant/power-cut powder. The police stated that the recovered narcotics are worth more than ₹1.5 crore. The operation also resulted in the recovery of ₹7,93,170 in cash and seizure of a Tata Harrier SUV, registration number HR 26 EK 3112. Of the cash, ₹3,95,670 was recovered from the premises, while ₹3,97,500 was recovered from the vehicle. According to police, Parvati was residing in a rented premises in New Sanoth Colony, while her permanent address is in JJ Colony, Bawana. Vikas Kumar, a resident of Sant Nagar, Burari, was allegedly living with her as her bodyguard. A case has been registered as FIR under Sections 21/25/61/85 of the NDPS Act at PS Narela. Police are now investigating the source of the heroin, intended recipients, distribution network, other associates and the source of the recovered cash. Investigators are also examining whether the seized SUV was used for transporting or distributing narcotics. Further investigation is underway.
