Our Chickens Have a Palace Now! | Cluckingham Palace Reveal

After all the planning, digging, hauling, cutting, building, and a whole lot of work, Cluckingham Palace is finally complete! 🐔👑 In this video, we take a look at the finished chicken coop and give you a full walk-around of what we built for our Black Jersey Giant chickens here at Foggy Ridge Farm. This chicken coop build started from the ground up. We began by clearing the land and preparing the site, then built a floor designed to help keep predators from digging underneath. We used rocks from our own property, covered them with gravel, added the plywood floor, and finished it with linoleum for easier cleaning. From there, we built the walls, framed the structure, added the exterior, and continued turning a pile of lumber into what we decided to call Cluckingham Palace. This video is the final look at the completed chicken coop and some of the features we included in the build.
