Oatmeal, Yogurt and Banana! I Make This Healthy Pie Every Day, No Flour, No Sugar! Soft, moist and packed with cinnamon apples, cranberries and walnuts, this banana-oat cake tastes like pure indulgence, but there's no flour and no refined sugar inside! A guilt-free dessert you can enjoy for breakfast, with coffee, or any time you crave something sweet. 📝 Ingredients: Rolled oats – 120 g (2 cups) Greek yogurt – 45 g (3 tbsp) Bananas – 2 medium Eggs – 2 Milk – 100 ml (1/2 cup) Baking soda – 3 g (1/2 tsp) Lemon zest Dried cranberries – 30 g (1/4 cup) Walnuts – 30 g (1 oz) Apples – 2 medium Butter – a small knob (+ for greasing) Cinnamon – 8 g (1 tbsp) Cornstarch – 1.5 g (1/2 tsp) Water – 30 ml (2 tbsp) Honey – 1 tbsp Powdered sugar – for dusting (optional) 📝 Step by step: 1. Mash or blend the bananas. 2. Add Greek yogurt, eggs, milk, baking soda and lemon zest. Mix well. 3. Stir in the rolled oats. 4. Soak the cranberries for 10 minutes, then pat dry with a paper towel. 5. Chop the walnuts into small pieces and add them with the cranberries. 6. Peel and dice the apples. Sauté in butter with cinnamon to cook off extra juice. 7. Mix cornstarch with water, add to the apples with honey and cook until glossy. 8. Grease the baking mold with butter and spread the batter evenly, adding the apple filling. 9. Bake until golden and set. 10.
