This episode is about shaping bread, rather than baking it, looking at the round braided loaf of challah typical for Rosh Hashanah, the Jewish New Year. It is certainly appropriate for all kinds of breads and occasions, to make a festive loaf. Along with a plain loaf, directions for using raisins or other inclusions in the bread are covered.
