Come join me for a quick 5 minute yoga stretch! Sometimes you just need to get your body moving, loosen things up a little, and then get on with your day. You don't need a whole yoga class or a bunch of equipment — just 5 minutes and a little bit of space. We'll start with a couple of deep breaths and then move into a hanging forward fold, a hamstring stretch, quad stretch, standing figure 4, another forward fold, shoulder rolls and a gentle neck stretch. Then we'll finish with a quick shake and get on with our day! This is a simple full body stretch for those times when you're feeling tight or stiff and just want to move. You can do this in the morning, after sitting for too long, after work, or anytime you feel like your body needs a little attention. And don't worry if you're not super flexible or you're new to yoga. We're just moving, stretching and breathing — that's it. No equipment needed and only 5 minutes, so let's get started. Listen to your own body, make sure you can breathe fully, and don't push through pain. Thanks for joining me! If you enjoyed this quick yoga stretch, subscribe for more short, beginner-friendly yoga classes that you can actually fit into your day. #5MinuteYoga #YogaStretch #FullBodyStretch —————————————— Disclaimer: This channel is here to support your yoga practice with general guidance and education.
