Hi friends! 💚 Today my wife is making Asian-style HIGH-PROTEIN Chicken Rice Paper Dumplings with 118 g of protein in the whole batch! 💪 This easy one-pan recipe is one of my favorite ways to work toward my daily goal of 200 g of protein for muscle building. Made with extra-lean chicken and simple ingredients, these dumplings are great for high-protein meal prep, healthy lunches and dinners, weight loss, and fat loss. No deep frying or protein powder — just real food! 💚 ✅ You'll need for 8 Chicken Dumplings: 1 lb (450 g) extra-lean ground chicken 8 sheets rice paper (about 72 g total) 1 large egg 1 bunch green onions (about 40 g) 2 garlic cloves 1 Tbsp (15 ml) soy sauce ½ tsp salt A pinch of paprika Olive oil spray (about 5 g) Sesame seeds (about 5 g) Sriracha sauce (about 15 g) ⅓ cup (80 ml) water, plus more if needed Extra soy sauce, for dipping ✅ How to make it: → Finely chop the green onions and grate the garlic. → Mix the ground chicken with garlic, ⅔ of the green onions, egg, soy sauce, salt, and paprika. → Quickly dip each rice paper sheet in water to soften it. → Divide the chicken mixture into 8 portions. Place one portion in the center of each wrapper and fold all four sides to form a dumpling. → Heat a nonstick skillet with a little olive oil and cook the dumplings for a couple of minutes over medium heat. → Sprinkle with sesame seeds and the remaining green onions. → Pour in ⅓ cup (80 ml) water, cover, and cook over medium-low heat for 10 minutes. → Remove the lid, drizzle with Sriracha, and add a little more water if needed. → Cover and cook for another 5 minutes, until the chicken is fully cooked. → Serve with soy sauce for dipping! 📊 Nutrition — whole batch (8 dumplings): 939 calories 118 g protein 20.6 g fat 68.4 g carbs 📊 Nutrition per dumpling — 1 of 8: 117 calories 14.7 g protein 2.6 g fat 8.6 g carbs Nutrition values are approximate and may vary depending on the ingredients and brands used. Soy sauce for dipping is not included. 💚 If you enjoyed this recipe, subscribe to Protein Plates, hit the like button, and share this video with your friends!
