Kaulig CEO FIRES BACK at Critics Over Dodge's 2027 Return "How can you call somebody a liar when I'm gonna tell you the same thing I told you five months ago?" Kaulig Racing CEO Chris Rice went on SiriusXM NASCAR Radio on October 15 and fired back at fans who say he misled them about Dodge. Two days earlier, The Athletic's Jordan Bianchi reported that Dodge is very close to a 2027 Cup Series return, targeting the Daytona 500 on February 21, with ECR Engines, the Richard Childress Racing engine shop that builds Chevrolet engines, as a short-term engine partner. Chevrolet, Ford and Toyota reportedly signed off, as long as the Dodge engine is technically different. In this video: what the report actually says, what Rice has said since June, why he says he owes answers to Matt Kaulig, Ram and Dodge before the fans, the "go or no-go" deadline he won't share, why the charter math points straight at Kaulig, and where the Brad Keselowski rumor fits. Nothing is signed yet. Dodge, Stellantis and Kaulig have not made an official announcement. Sources are listed below, and every quote is attributed to the person who said it.
