It Keeps Getting Better…

September 20, 2026: My evening walk in gratitude… It Keeps Getting Better… Tonight, in Venice felt like one beautiful moment unfolding into another. I started beneath the Venice sign with the moon already shining above, almost like it was waiting there to follow me through the evening. By the time I made it over near the skate park, the orange sun was glowing against a beautifully speckled sky, with the moon still quietly watching from above. Then the sun began slipping lower and lower, sinking into the blue until it finally disappeared. The graffiti walls were filled with so much beautiful artwork tonight. Palm trees reached toward the fading light, a leopard appeared to be climbing right up one of them, and even a little alien seemed to offer the sweetest reminder that maybe we’re never really alone. 🐆🌴👽 And then my message for the evening in bright pink: “You have no idea how good things are about to get.” I love finding words like that when I’m not looking for them. Sometimes the smallest message appears at exactly the right moment. But the night still wasn’t finished. As darkness settled over Venice, the moon became the star of the show. Clouds moved slowly across it, hiding it for a moment and then revealing it again. It looked mysterious, dramatic and absolutely beautiful. 🌙☁️ Tonight began with the moon above Venice and ended with that same moon glowing through the clouds. Somewhere in between were the sun, art, palm trees, unexpected little discoveries and another reminder that there is always something beautiful waiting to be noticed. Every part of tonight was beautiful. And somehow, it really does just keep getting better and better. Forever grateful. 💗 Capturing beauty, sharing light. —April
