Cottesloe Council - two months of shared path wreckage on Eric St

Note - the sound is out of sync on this video. The last time I cycled to Cottesloe Beach was 07 June 2026. All the pram ramps at the intersections of Eric St and Marmion St and Eric St and Broome St had been dug up - presumably to enable their replacement with designs that are more user friendly for people with walking difficulties or wheelchair/pram/mobility scooter users. Imagine my surprise to return two months later to find that little had changed and that both sites were still a shambles. How long does it normally take to install formwork and pour some concrete to build some pram ramps? Also, who leave warning signs face down on the path over the weekend? Does no one consider that they might be a hazard to people using the path - particularly at night? Cottesloe Council needs to take a look at this project and clean it up before WorkSafe get called in.
