Todays experiment we went BIG. 4 racks of ribs done 4 different ways to find out what way makes the BEST backyard BBQ Ribs. This is one you will not want to miss because we were shocked at the results! The new OCBP G2 24x48 is out: https://ocbbqpits.com/products/g2-24x... The only smoker big enough for this job was my new Old Country BBQ Pits G3, a full insulated smoking machine.
