Rover P4 : Front Coil Spring Removal

In this video I will be removing the N/S front coil spring from my Rover P4. There are several methods that can be used to accomplish the job, the method I used was to use 4 lengths of 8mm threaded stainless steel rod to gradually release the compression in the spring.
