The friends made a lovely little gift - a clay flower in a pot with a bow! But out in the open, a gust blows dust and grass bits all over it. Dot wipes it clean - whoosh, dusty again. Bobo wipes it - dusty again. Momo wipes it - dusty again! Out in the open it never stays clean. Then Dot has an idea: thin twigs and big clear leaves. Momo wipes it one last time, Dot and Bobo plant twig posts around it, and the friends set clear leaves on three sides and on top - a tiny see-through display cover. Whoosh - the dust hits the clear leaves and slides away. The gift stays clean and bright! ABOUT THIS VIDEO • Series: Clever Clay Friends, Episode 36 - "The Little Gift Keeps Getting Dusty!" A: Toddlers and preschoolers, about 2-6 years old, ideally watched together with a grown-up. Q: What does this episode teach? A: Problem solving and care: cleaning again and again doesn't stop dust that keeps blowing in - a simple clear cover keeps a special thing clean and still lets everyone see it. Q: Can we try it at home? A: Yes - build a little display case for a favourite small toy with craft sticks and clear plastic (or a cut clear bottle), and keep it on a shelf. Q: Are there words? A: No. Clever Clay Friends is wordless: the story is told with actions, music and sound, so children can tell it in their own words.
