Inside the story: Feeling, playing and learning through literature What happens when a story becomes more than something we read? In this interactive session, teachers will explore ways of inviting young learners to step inside stories through emotion, movement, play and creativity. Drawing on practical classroom experiences, the session will show how literature can become a springboard for language learning, interaction and creative response. Participants will experience simple, adaptable activities that move from listening and imagining to playing and creating, discovering how stories can open meaningful spaces for learning and connection. Speaker: Ingrid O. Landrein Ingrid O. Landrein is an English teacher, storyteller and children’s author with over 20 years of experience. Founder of FEI and Reading Club, she specializes in literature-based learning and holds diplomas in Emotional Education and Children’s Literature. Her work explores how stories foster creativity, connection and meaningful learning.
