Widowed Joanne’s Sea-View Win + Kim & Siggy’s €120k Beach Villa

Two British estate agent families hit the Costas for a summer of big emotions, bigger views, and even bigger decisions. From Sharon and Steve Garner’s lemon-squeezing house hunt in Almeria to the Rodriguez clan’s calendar shoot chaos over who gets September, this episode balances heart and hilarity. Childhood sweethearts Kim and Siggy fall hard for a rooftop-ready villa near Mahaka Playa, then face a nail-biting negotiation that lands on a surprising number. In Alicante, recently widowed Joanne leans on sister Joy as Manuel and Sophie steer her from “I don’t know” to a sea-sparkling apartment in Lo Pagán that finally feels right—if the price can play ball. Along the way: a garden that changes everything, a lost set of keys, and a view that silences the room. Watch to see which homes win, which offers stick, and why one simple terrace and a line to the beach can trump everything. Don’t miss the final calls.
