First, I made soft and fluffy Vanilla Cupcakes, and then I turned part of the same batter into delicious Chocolate Cupcakes by adding cocoa powder. These cupcakes are soft, fluffy, colourful and perfect for kids' lunch boxes, tea time, parties and special occasions. I also added a little vinegar to the milk to help make the cupcakes soft and fluffy. For the chocolate version, I added cocoa powder to a portion of the prepared batter along with a little milk, mixed everything well, and baked these beautiful chocolate cupcakes.
