A massive crowd of Mumbaikars and party workers turned out for this historic march, which proceeded from Metro Cinema to the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) headquarters. Notably, the Congress, NCP (SP), and all other leading opposition parties in the state extended their public support by participating in the march in person.
