C/w Nana: Lao Steamed Fish Salad (ແໜມປາ == Naem Pa)

Naem (or Nam) Pa is a Lao steamed fish salad mixed with crushed rice crackers. This was one of the dishes that my late mom loved to make for us and it was one of the last dishes she cooked before she became sick.
