Want to work on your balance and feel more steady on your feet? Come join me for this 15-minute standing yoga flow! This class focuses on balance, stability and controlled movement, wistanding balance poseths that asks you to find your focus and steady yourself.
You don't need to be able to hold every pose perfectly to benefit from the practice. Balance can be challenging, and that's okay! Take your time moving between poses, use a wall for support if you need it, and make adjustments that work for your body.
This is a great practice to add to your regular yoga routine when you want to work on balance and stability without committing to a longer class. You can also come back to it and see how your balance feels over time.
As always, listen to your own body and make sure you can breathe fully throughout the practice. There's no need to force a pose or push through discomfort.
*IN THIS CLASS:*
15-minute standing yoga flow
Yoga for balance and stability
Chair Pose
Controlled movement and body awareness
A short yoga practice for your regular routine
