સહેલી રીતે બે પ્રકાર ના કાળી ચૌદસની પૂજા ના વડા | Kali Chaudash Vada, Diwali Recipe Friends, today I'm sharing the authentic and traditional recipe for Kali Chaudash Vada (કાળી ચૌદશ ના વડા)! Also widely known as Kakrat Na Vada or Chhum Vada, these special savory fritters hold deep cultural and ritualistic significance in Gujarati households. Prepared on the auspicious day of Kali Chaudas (Narak Chaturdashi) ahead of Diwali, Gujaratis worldwide traditionally use these vadas along with other offerings for the ritual known as Kaklat Kadva at crossroads to ward off evil energies and negative vibrations. To help you celebrate this festival authentically, today we are sharing two distinct methods—Type-1 made with a wholesome blend of wheat, chana, and urad flour with buttermilk, and Type-2 made with coarse bajra, jowar, gram flour, fresh methi leaves, and spices. Make sure to try these traditional vadas for your puja! #KaliChaudashVada #KakratnaVada #ChhumVada #KaliChaudasRecipe #GujaratiSnacks #KitchenSeries #TraditionalRecipe #DiwaliSnacks #GujaratiFood #DiwaliRecipe #DiwaliSpecial #VadaRecipe #IndianSnacks #DiwaliFaral #FestivalSpecial #HomemadeVada #GujaratiRecipe #IndianFood Ingredients Vada - Type-1 • 1 cup wheat flour, गेहूं का आटा • ½ cup of each chana & urad flour, चना और उरद का आटा • A glass of buttermilk, छाछ • A glass of water, पानी • 2 tbsp paste of ginger, green chili & garlic, अदरक, हरी मिर्च और लहसुन की पेस्ट • Chopped coriander leaves, हरा धनिया • ¼ tsp baking soda, बेकिंग सोडा • 1 tsp red chili powder, लाल मिर्च पावडर • ¼ tsp turmeric powder, हल्दी पावडर • ½ tsp of salt, नमक • 2 tsp of oil, तेल Vada - Type-2 • ½ cup bajra flour, बाजरा • ½ cup jowar flour, ज्वार का आटा • ¼ cup gram flour (coarse), चना आटा दरदरा • ¼ cup sour curd, खट्टा दहीं • 2 no. of green chilies (chopped), हरी मिर्च • ½ tbsp paste of ginger, अदरक पेस्ट • ¾ cup chopped methi leaves, मेथी • ½ tsp ajwain seeds, अजवाइन • ½ tsp white sesame seeds, सफ़ेद तिल • 1 tsp of salt, नमक • ¾ tsp red chili powder, लाल मिर्च पावडर • ¼ tsp hing, हिंग • 1 tbsp oil, तेल Step-by-Step Method 1.
