The upright riding position of the Royal Enfield Classic 650 suits me well, but on the occasional motorway or faster A-road journey, the wind can become a little tiring.
So I decided to fit a screen. After some research, I chose the Givi Universal A660, which seemed to offer a good balance of size — large enough to provide useful wind protection, without being too large for the Classic 650.
I've now been riding with it for a few weeks, so in this video I share my thoughts on how well it works, what I've learned from fitting it, and whether I think it has made a worthwhile difference.
I also compare it with the fly screen I previously fitted to my Royal Enfield Meteor 350, which actually surprised me with how effective it was.
This screen was purchased with my own money. This is my honest experience after riding with it for several weeks.
