How Educational Number Cards Are Made | Printing, Laminating & Die-Cutting

See how a complete set of educational number cards is made from start to finish. In this video, we print a set of 50 number cards, prepare and laminate them on both sides, cut the laminated sheets by program, die-cut the cards to create perfectly rounded corners, crease the cover, assemble it by hand with double-sided tape, and pack the finished set. Along the way, not everything goes perfectly — the lamination film gives us a little trouble, but production keeps moving.
