Four delicious, filling oat bowls for under $7? That's Dad Math!
In this episode of Single Dad Cooking Show, I'm making Chocolate Pecan Overnight Oats with raisins, chocolate chips, toasted pecans, and creamy whole milk.
No cooking required. No fancy equipment. Just a few minutes of preparation, some time in the fridge, and breakfast is ready when you need it.
*THE RECIPE — PER SERVING*
70 g Quaker Quick Steel Cut Oats
20 g Thompson raisins
20 g semi-sweet chocolate chips
11 g toasted pecans
5 g Splenda monk fruit sweetener
100 mL homogenized (3.25%) milk
A pinch of salt
Combine the dry ingredients, add the milk, mix, cover, and refrigerate until the oats soften. Make four portions at once to take care of breakfast for the next few days.
