闺女出嫁的前一天，自家的院子先忙了起来。 师傅守着大锅，切配、油炸、掌勺；来帮忙的人围着案板，把第二天酒席要用的饭菜一点点备齐。到了傍晚，大家端起一碗热饸饹。夜里，大红喜字前又响起了鼓声。 这一集，我们把镜头留在厨师身边，记录一场喜宴开始之前，那些忙碌的手、升起的白汽，以及院子里渐渐浓起来的喜气。 《巷口中国》从一餐一食出发，记录中国普通人的日常生活与真实故事。 The day before a daughter’s wedding, preparations are already underway in her family’s courtyard. The cook chops, fries and tends the large woks while helping hands prepare food for the next day’s feast. Toward evening, everyone gathers for a warm bowl of hele noodles. After dark, drummers perform beneath the red wedding decorations. In this first part, we stay close to the cook, observing the work, the rising steam and the small moments that fill the day before a wedding.
