Experiment 008 – Publishing Our First Experiments

What we were testing: Whether AI could help turn completed Zoom recordings into YouTube uploads using evidence-based titles and descriptions drawn from each transcript. What happened: Grant uploaded Experiment 002 to YouTube, created a dedicated production chat, used a screenshot of the upload screen to guide the process, and asked AI to create a concise description from the transcript. The video was kept unlisted, with the plan to repeat the same workflow for the existing recordings. What we learned: Using the transcript as the source for YouTube descriptions keeps the production record accurate and avoids relying on memory or generic promotional language. A simple repeatable workflow—video, transcript, short summary, unlisted upload—was enough to begin publishing without over-designing the channel.
