Welcome to this yoga stretch to cultivate inner strength and power.
Today we’re dropping into our body with grounded stretches designed to build internal capacity. From there, we can dive into the world in the ways we wish, with grounded confidence.
We’ll generate our sense of power and confidence with mudras (hand gestures) and postures that open the chest and release tension in our shoulders, neck and hips.
PROPS
2 blocks (optional)
1 bolster (optional)
