Softlogic Holdings PLC (SHL.N0000) has been on the CSE watch list since November 2023. Under CSE Listing Rule 7.5(d)(ii)(A)(5)(d)(ii), that should have triggered a mandatory trading suspension in February 2025. It's been deferred four times since — most recently to June 2027 — with no public reasons given. At the same time, a Rs 1.28 billion warrant deal, 99.79% held by the company's two largest shareholders, has had its exercise date pushed back four times, at a strike price that's never been re-adjusted. This video walks through what the public disclosures actually show, explains the warrant mechanics in plain terms, and puts direct questions to the SEC and the CSE — the same questions I've already submitted in writing. ⚠️ EDUCATIONAL CONTENT ONLY. This is not investment advice, not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold, and not a recommendation on how to vote at any shareholder meeting. Every figure in this video is sourced to a dated public disclosure — full source ledger and complete write-up at inwestout.com/research/SHL Want to raise this with the regulator yourself?
