Hi guys, welcome back to my baking vlog. ‧₊˚ ⋅ 𓐐𓎩 ‧₊˚ ⋅ So, today is baking day! And while the cake is in the oven, I figured I’d do some light cleaning and vacuum around the house as well. I've baked banana bread about 20 times in a row, this is the most outstanding recipe that I've kept following so far! Original recipe 🍌🍞 (adjust the ingredients based on bananas and preference) Caramelized banana: 5 bananas ( ~700 gram) 120 gram granulated sugar (~1/2 cup) Bread: 400 gram unsalted butter (~28 tbsp) 130 gram brown sugar (~2/3 cup) 9 eggs 500 gram all-purpose flour (4 cups) 10 gram baking powder (~2.5 tbsp) 10 gram baking soda (~2.5 tbsp) Hope your baking turns out successful!
