The court clarified that it has not approved any modification to Form 6 and wants to examine the official records to determine who made the changes and whether the process was lawful. The petitioners also questioned whether certain Election Commission decisions were taken unilaterally. Their request for an immediate ex-parte suspension of the CEC was not accepted, with the court choosing to hear the concerned parties first. The case will now proceed after responses are filed by the respondents.
