Thank you for 10 subscribers! To celebrate, ten experiments where the number 10 comes out
exactly -- each one simulated or computed from the real equations, never animated by hand.
Resonance with damping ratio 0.05 multiplies the swing by exactly 1/(2 x 0.05) = 10. Ten springs
in parallel vs in series keep time at 10:1. The x11 times table on a circle has 11 - 1 = 10 cusps.
A 10-row Galton board has 2^10 = 1,024 paths and Pascal's row 10 as its exact pile. Achilles at 10x
the tortoise's speed is caught at 100 + 10 + 1 + ... = 111.1... m. The 10th harmonic of a 110 Hz
string is 1,100 Hz with 9 nodes (with sound). 100 random steps end sqrt(100) = 10 steps away. 10
half-lives leave 10,240 / 1,024 = 10 atoms on average. A regular decagon's side and star side
multiply to exactly 1 (golden ratio), and phi^10 + phi^-10 = 123. And a 10^10 mass ratio gives
314,159 collisions: pi.
