A Touch of Wonder…

September 18, 2026: My evening walk in gratitude… A Touch of Wonder… Tonight’s sunset walk through the Marina and the canals felt like a little collection of everything I love. The flowers were absolutely beautiful, bursting with bright colors everywhere I looked. A light breeze moved through them so gently, making them sway as the last golden light of the day slipped behind the buildings. I passed the little Buddha tucked peacefully among the plants, and then one of my favorite tiny visitors appeared. A hummingbird stopped for just a moment, almost as if it knew I would notice. 🪽 Above me, the moon was already faintly shining, patiently waiting for its turn as the sun said goodnight. And, of course, there was my Great Blue Heron, standing quietly by the water. Somehow the message I was holding felt even more perfect with him there: “I hope a touch of wonder and magic finds its way to you.” Today was filled with exactly that. Wings. The sun. The moon. Flowers dancing in the breeze. Little moments that would be so easy to walk past, but become something extraordinary when we stop long enough to notice them. I’m ending this day with a very grateful heart. There is wonder everywhere. Sometimes it arrives on wings, sometimes it blooms right beside the path, and sometimes it simply waits for us to look up.
