Meat and potato pie

Hi. This is a video on making meat and potato individual pies which are very popular in Lancashire. They are quick to eat and incredibly cheap to make. Beef shin is a very reasonable price and makes the tastiest pies. Eat them with a nice pint of beer for a lovely dinner in the sun 500g Beef shin 750g Potato. (Use a floury variety) 1 heaped teaspoon of white pepper Salt to taste 1 pack of shortcrust pastry 1 egg for eggwash if you like Hope you enjoy making them as much as I enjoyed eating them! ;)
